Partial shade, intermediary to hot temperature, flower in fall and winter
Found in Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia as a miniature sized, warm to hot growing epiphyte with tetragonal, rugose and close set pseudobulbs carrying a single, apical, elliptical leaf that blooms in the fall and winter on a basal, 4" [10 cm] long, racemose, several [8] flowered inflorescence.
